For example, the visa issues that prevent the opportunities to take by the scholars for their future studies. Technology make the world, wild in a complex and imperfect. For example, the data breaches, privacy issues, legal statues dependencies are on the ground. to address that issue with a solution, increase developing of ethical principal and standards on the AI technology. In practical life, AI collide with local culture. People will worry about their privacy, and embraced by some peoples and greeted as a threat by other with the some certain of negative impacts on like facial recognition technologies mixed up with the AI. Global risks along with technologies are political and economic instability, authoritarian forms of government , civil unrest and violent conflicts are common. Low and middle income countries may be more vulnerable to negative impact of labor exclusion, that mean the the burnt of handful countries by the AI driven jobs. In labor sector the AI driven informal laboring lead to the poor labors with hand skills to the digital divide easily.

        AI systems are improved agriculture , better medicine , accessible education like social goods in around the world with the natural language processing technologies, datasets of photos that used to train image recognition, in present the CCTV cameras with the above mentioned advanced technology. 

        In both way of positive and negative, the AI technology make an affect around the world with the technology improvement daily. In this review, the social and culture how react on the AI technologies in positive and negative way.
